The Awards Night undoubtedly is the major happening of the year in Luxembourg’s communication and marketing industry: 900 people attended the ceremony at Rockhal, where, for the first time, the RTL Media Awards and the Grand Prix paperJam Communication Marketing Design 2012 were presented together. The RTL Media Awards reward the best advertisements, the ranking being defined by a public vote, while the Grand Prix paperJam Communication Marketing Design winners are chosen by an independent jury who considers the communication project, its strategy and outcome.

Maison Moderne's Grand Prix paperJam Communication, Marketing, Design Awards and the RTL Media Awards are combining forces, hosting one single award ceremony which will take place 15 February 2012 at the Rockhal in Esch-Alzette.
While a select jury will award best practices in Communication, Marketing and Design for the Grand Prix paperJam, the RTL Media Awards laureates will be determined by public voting via the Internet.

To illustrate how independents are reviving the art of the magazine, Colophon will be back in 2012 with a touring exhibition The Rise of Print.

The exhibition will be produced by Maison Moderne, its curators are Andrew Losowsky, renowned journalist, editor, and public artist from New York, Jeremy Leslie, award-winning editorial designer from London, and Maison Moderne's founder and CEO Mike Koedinger.
